Returns Policy

At Elite Athlete Wear we strive to ensure you’re completely satisfied with every purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we are here to assist you with our hassle-free returns policy.

Refunds

• You are eligible for a refund within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed with no fragrance’s stains or marks and with all tags attached in its original packaging.
• Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment used for the purchase or a dedicated bank account.
• Please allow up to 7 to 10 business days for the refund to be processed after we have received your returned items.

Exchanges

• If you wish to exchange an item, you may do so within 30 days of receiving your order, subject to availability.
• Exchanges are dependent on stock availability. If the desired item is unavailable, we will issue a refund instead.

• Please include your order number and details of the item you wish to exchange in your communication. We would also appreciate feedback so that we can continue to improve our services to you.

Returns Process

To return an item, please ensure it meets the eligibility criteria mentioned above, Include the original packaging and any accessories that came with the item. Ship the item back to us at the address provided below. Returns will be processed within 10 business days after we receive the returned items. Some items may not be returnable like drink bottles for hygiene reasons. We will keep you informed and up to date during this process.

Sale Items

Please note that sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, except in cases of manufacturing defects or damage during transit.
